Tork Craft trots out an extended L-wrench range

Tork Craft has just unveiled a new line-up of versatile L-wrenches to satisfy any job. The wrenches include a full range of metric hexagonal and Torx keys. Among the new offerings, a full set of Imperial hex wrenches will also thill some specialised users.

Also known as Allen keys, durable, compact and lightweight Tork Craft L-wrenches are heat-treated black-oxide finish chrome-vanadium steel to ensure that they remain bend and wear resistant. L-shaped for versatility, the short arm applies higher torque to nip up or loosen the screw via the longer leg. On the other hand, the longer leg makes for easy reach and twirling when the shorter end is used to drive.

Available individually or in sets, Tork Craft Hex L-wrenches start with a 72 x 14 mm 1.5 mm hex pattern key and step up in half millimetre increments to a 94 x 19 mm wrench with a 3 mm hex head. From there they step up in millimetre increments to the largest 215 by 56 mm 14 mm hex key. Tork Craft Torx L-wrenches start with a T10 x 86 x 17 mm key and step up in T5 increments to a 124 by 27 mm T40 head wrench.

The other great Tork Craft L-wrench news will certainly please American and British car fans and those who still work with old school machinery and equipment. The Tork Craft imperial hex set comprises ten keys to perfectly fit Imperial allen screws. So no more rounding out Imperial hex screw drives by using metric wrenches!

With same size Imperial hexagonal heads on each side, wrench sizes include sixteenth of an inch, 5/64, 3/32, 1/8, 5/32, 3/16 and seven thirty seconds of an inch. The bigger three are quarter, 5/16 and three-eighths of an inch wrenches. It all sounds quite complicated, but with the correct tools, working any imperial job becomes a cinch!
