Tork Craft Thread Repair Kit — 14-Piece (M6 × 1.0 mm × 9.4 mm Flange Insert) (Model NR700610)

The Tork Craft NR700610 is a dedicated 14-piece thread repair kit designed to restore damaged or stripped internal threads of size M6 × 1.0 mm with a 9.4 mm flange insert. This kit provides all the essential components for a reliable, long-term thread repair—ideal for automotive, mechanical and workshop applications where thread integrity matters.

Installation Process:
  • Drill:
    Drill to clear the dameged thread with a specified twist drill.
  • Counterbore:
    Use the specified counterbore cutter to cut the drilled hole to the desired depth. The counterbore will fit the flage of the insert.
  • Tap:
    Use the specified tap to cut the holding thread into the cleaned hole. When tapping it is reommended to use a suitable lubricant.
  • Insert:
    Fasten the insert unto the installation tool. Fasten with the installation tool the flange insert into the taped hole.
  • Loosen:
    Loosen the installation tool.
